POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Carter team is growing quickly and we are looking for someone who can keep up with the pace. As a member of the customer service team, you will be accountable for managing customer relationships through many channels of the order process. This position will be located at our Anderson, IN location and base shift will be from 10 pm – 7 am (Tuesday-Friday), and 10am-6pm (Saturday).

Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist compiles, enters, posts, and reconciles payroll data, to maintain accurate payroll records at the working location of Carter Headquarters – Anderson, IN. The Specialist will assist employees with questions pertaining to company payroll policies and procedures. The Specialist may conduct investigations into problems, as well as reconcile payroll issues, concerning payroll payments, deductions, and taxes. The Specialist will work closely with finance to ensure the accuracy of the payroll/general ledger information. Payroll Processing

Monitors assigned payroll activities and/or program components (e.g. County, State, and Federal agencies, tax laws, FMLA, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements
Prepares a variety of payroll related documents (e.g., retirement plan transfers, ACH transfers, voluntary and involuntary contributions, W-2 controls, verification of employment and salary, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information
Records changes affecting net wages, for example exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records
Compiles statistical and payroll data from a variety of sources (e.g. time sheets/payroll, salary adjustments, benefits etc.) for the purpose of providing summaries to other personnel, and/or ensuring compliance with established guidelines

Carter Express is searching for great Team Driver candidates who are interest in Dedicated, Home Daily, Team Routes. We have three (3) Team Routes available.

Option 1: Dedicated, Home Daily, Team Routes making Round-trips from Andersonville, TN to Greenville, NC and Back. This new Team will deliver Monday through Friday.

The Systems Engineer serves as a technical resource, and ensures proper operations about network architecture, planning, implementation, maintenance, and problem resolution for all data resources within Carter Express/Carter Logistics. Option 1: This route runs from Vandalia, OH terminal to Saint Marys (PA) & Ridgway (PA) & Medina (OH) and Back. Miles are 742 round trip plus the extra Stop Pay. Our new driver will deliver this route three times one week and two times the next. On the short week, the driver can get an extra day off or run a local route to complete your week.

Option 2: This route runs from Vandalia to Dixon (IL) & Geneva (IL) & Carol Stream (IL) & Elgin (IL) & Itasca (IL) and Back. Miles are 764 round trip plus the extra Stop Pay. Assign and plan loads to drivers.
Ensure on time pickups and deliveries to meet our customers’ needs.
